What are our delivery times?
Our samples
- Front or paint samples will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days.
Our fronts
- For fronts orders placed during the week of the 18th of September: delivery between November 13th - November 26th.
- For fronts orders placed during the week of the 25th of September: delivery between November 20th - December 3rd.
Your exact delivery date can be chosen directly with our carrier, at the time slot of your choice.
⚡ New - Express Delivery ⏱️ : The colours Blue 02 - Bleu nuit, Green 01 - Amandier grisé & Blue 05 - Bleu paon , are now available for delivery within 2 to 3 weeks in France & Germany.⚡ (for Metod, straight, Matte lacquered front orders only).

- handles: delivery within 3 – 7 days
- wall paint: delivery within 5 – 7 days
- ceramic tiles: delivery within 5 – 14 days
- mixer taps: delivery within 10 - 14 days
- brass splashbacks: delivery within 2 - 3 weeks
- brass plinths: delivery within 2 - 3 weeks
Where do we deliver?
We deliver all over France as well as the following neighbouring countries: England, Scottland, Wales, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Portugal.
We do not deliver to Switzerland, Ireland or the islands of the United Kingdom.
How does delivery work?
For orders including Metod or Pax fronts
Delivery is by appointment, either upstairs or on the ground floor. The carrier will contact you by e-mail or phone to arrange a delivery time. Delivery slots will be offered to you within 24 – 72 hours after the carrier has made contact. The proposed delivery times are within a 5 – 8 hour window maximum.
For an order containing only samples, accessories or wall paint
Delivery will be made to your home without prior appointment, and can be left in the carrier's delivery point if you are not home at the time of delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
For orders including fronts
Delivery costs vary depending on the total weight of your order, as well as the delivery method chosen.Delivery is limited to 175€ incl. VAT for France, and 229€ incl. VAT for Corsica and Europe.
For orders of accessories or paint
Delivery costs vary depending on the number of items purchased and the country of delivery:
- Handles or wall paint: between €4.90 and €18.90 incl. VAT
- Plinths or brass splashbacks: between €19 and €59 incl. VAT
This amount will appear in your shopping basket prior to payment.
