Handles, brass plinths and splashbacks, tiles, as well as paint and taps sold on our e-shop can be exchanged within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Here are the return conditions:
• The items must not have been used or installed (e.g. strapping intact for painting)
• They must be in perfect condition (e.g. no scratches)
• They must be in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Fronts

As our fronts and cover panels are made especially for your project, we do not accept exchanges. We offer samples, available here, to confirm your choice of colour(s) and finish(es) and we are available before your order to help you verify your list of items thanks to our different services.

Don't hesitate to upcycle your unused fronts by creating shelves (you'll find inspiration here) or to give them away or resell them!
