Is it possible to design my kitchen with Plum Living?
Yes! We know there’s a lot to do: measuring your room, fitting in all the cabinet frames, leaving enough space for your fridge, cooker and dishwasher…designing a kitchen is a full time job! Following your appointment, you’ll receive your Ikea design and your Plum Living shopping list: all that’s left to do is get started. Our planning service is available for 49€.
How can I order my Plum Living items?
Once your design is finalised thanks to Ikea’s kitchen planner tool, you’ll be able to see a list of all the door fronts and cover panels that you’ll need. Once you have this, you can order all your decorative items on Plum Living’s e-shop. If you would like to receive a precise quote before ordering, be sure to check out our quote page.
Your order will be delivered within 6-8 weeks from the date of payment. Check out our delivery page to see your delivery period according to your order date. What do I need to order from Ikea? Everything else! In order to avoid multiple visits to Ikea, check out our “Ikea Checklist”. To prepare for the installation of your kitchen units, take a look at our Builder’s Brief (for Metod or Pax systems).
How can I find someone to install my kitchen?
We have partnered with Needhelp, which is a platform that puts customers and interior design & renovation professionals in contact with each other.
On the Needhelp website, you will be able to find a variety of experienced tradesmen, many with the certified ‘Ikea badge’. Ikea themselves use the Needhelp platform, and recommend that their customers use the website to find a professional to install their kitchen.
