How to install a Plum Living door front on a Metod cabinet

In a kitchen, on a bench, a sideboard, a dressing room or even an arch, the Metod box from Ikea is versatile and adapts to any type of project.

To install our classic door fronts, opt for Utrusta 110° hinges, available at Ikea.

Some practical info

Plum Living facades are compatible with Utrusta hinges and Metod cabinets from Ikea.
For a standard door to be installed on an Ikea Metod cabinet, opt for Utrusta 110° hinges (ref 805.248.82). Count 2 hinges per 100cm door or less, 4 per 200cm door and finally 3 hinges for those between 100 and 200cm.
To install a two-part 25x80cm corner door on a Metod corner cabinet, opt for the Utrusta 153° (ref 104.272.62).
To create a door that opens upwards (trunk opening), you will then need to opt for a drawer front, installed with the Utrusta horizontal door hinges (ref 504.624.80).
To adjust the height and spacing of your door, use the 3 screws of the hinge.
