Our plinths have a groove, they are designed exactly like plinths at Ikea. You will need to insert the plastic rings from the Metod feet supplied by Ikea into the groove at the back of the plinths, then clip these rings onto the Metod feet. Unlike Ikea, we don't have a corner finish for skirting boards; our method is to cut the plinths at 45°. This technique gives a perfect aesthetic result (it's also used for wall plinths) but requires precision tools such as a radial saw or mitre saw. Note that this solution will often be offered by a professional installer.
