Preparation

Before booking your video conception appointment, we invite you to have the following items ready:
• A hand-drawn sketch, or a precise plan of the room showing the ceiling height, the dimensions of each wall and as much information as possible: size and position of windows, position of the hot-water tank, pipes or any other constraints that may affect the plan
• If possible, a photo of the room (optional).

You will have the opportunity to send those documents to us when you will make your appointment.
Make sure you book an appointment once you have all the measurements for your room and that they are not likely to change. 📏

NB: If you have bought a property off-plan, we can still help you with the layout. It will be necessary for the plan to show the exact dimensions of your room (length, width, and ceiling height), the dimensions and positions of the various obstacles (windows, doors, radiators, etc.) and the water inlets. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the dimensions on the plan do not correspond to the actual dimensions.

Booking

When you are ready to book your appointment, go to this page. 
Here's how the appointment process works:
1. Upload your documents
2. Choose the time slot that suits you best from the calendar
3. Pay for your appointment by credit card

The appointment will be confirmed once payment has been made. You will receive a confirmation email a few moments later. It will contain the Google Meet link that will allow you to connect to the appointment.
