To prepare your quote, we will need your plan from the Ikea Kitchen Planner, including fronts.


We only provide quotes for Metod kitchens and fittings.

Delivery procedure

The delivery procedure depends on the contents of your order:

Handles or samples only (no fronts)

Delivery will be made to your home without prior appointment, and may be dropped off at a drop-off point partnered with the carrier if you are absent at the time of delivery.

Taps, tiles or wall paint only (no fronts)

You will be contacted by text message by our partner carrier DPD to arrange a delivery time of 3 hours. It is important that you are present at the time of delivery to check the number and condition of the parcels.

Fronts

Delivery of the fronts will be made by appointment, either at the foot of the truck or in the room of your choice, depending on the option chosen when the order was placed.
Our specialised carrier (Agediss or Rhenus) will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a delivery slot of 2 to 4 hours. It is important that you are present at the time of delivery to check the number and condition of the parcels.

Fronts and complementary products

If you also have ordered mixer taps, tiles and/or wall paint, these will be delivered with your fronts.
If you also have ordered handles and/or if your fronts are U-shape, delivery will be made in two shipments : a parcel will be sent to you, generally before the delivery of the fronts, with your handles and/or hole covers (U-shape doors being drilled on both sides to enable you to install them in the desired direction). Delivery will be via Colis Privé or Colissimo, and you don't need to be present.
→ If you would like your complementary products (handles, taps, tiles and/or wall paint) to be delivered prior from your fronts, please order them separately from your fronts or request it here

In the event of a missing or damaged parcel

1. Inform the delivery person and accept delivery despite the missing or damaged parcel(s).
2. Sign the delivery note, indicating: "with reservation because partial delivery: X parcels received on Y" or "with reservation because X parcels damaged" and specifying the type (damaged/open packaging).
3. Write to us here within 72 hours of your delivery to tell us about the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution. After this time, we consider that many hazards can occur on a renovation site and we will not be responsible for the deterioration of an element.
