Some practical info

  • Cabinets: This piece of furniture was made with 37cm deep Metod wall cabinets suspended on a Metod rail fixed to the wall.

  • Doors and hinges: our doors are pre-drilled to attach to Metod cabinets, plan for 2 Utrusta hinges (to be purchased at Ikea) per 60x40cm door.

  • Drawers: our drawer fronts are pre-drilled to attach to Ikea Maximera drawer rails only.

  • The 37cm Metod cabinets being small, they are not suitable for pipe passage. If you can, opt for a 60cm deep cabinet, otherwise, with your 37cm cabinet, opt for an offset siphon, and favor doors over drawers. .

  • Sides and cuts: No cutting necessary for this project. The finishing panels (used to hide the sides of the furniture) are screwed from the inside of the cabinets. If your layout goes from wall to wall, you will not need them.
