Some practical details
- Cabinets: This item has been created using Metod wall cabinets measuring 37cm deep, suspended on a Metod wall rail.
- The wall plugs and screws used to fix the rail to the wall will depend on the construction of the wall (cement/drywall) and the weight that the furniture will need to bear. Ask at your local DIY store!
- Doors and hinges:our doors are pre-drilled to be fitted directly to Metod cabinets. You will need 2 Utrusta hinges (buy from Ikea) for each 40x60cm door.
- Sides:the cover panels that hide the sides of cabinets as well as the top, are screwed from the inside of the cabinets, using 25-30mm screws.
- Cutting cover panels: You do not need to cut any cover panels for this project.
