Some practical info
- Pax Doors and Hinges: our doors are pre-drilled to attach to Pax cabinets. They go down to the floor and cover the bottom of the cabinet. Plan for 3 Komplement hinges (to be purchased at Ikea) per 201cm door and 4 hinges per 236cm door.
- Metod Doors and Hinges: our doors are pre-drilled to attach to Metod cabinets. Plan for 2 Utrusta hinges (to be purchased at Ikea) per 60x40cm door.
- Sides: we used finishing panels to hide the sides of the cabinets and create the niche for this project. These panels are screwed from the inside of the cabinet with 25/30mm screws. If your layout goes from wall to wall, you won't need them.
- Cutouts: no cutouts necessary for the realization of this project.
