Some practical information

  • Doors and hinges: our doors are pre-drilled to fit the Metod cabinet frames with Utrusta hinges, which can be purchased from Ikea.

  • Drawers: Our drawer fronts are pre-drilled to fit Ikea Maximera drawer rails only.

  • Sides: Cover panels are used to hide the sides of the cabinet and are screwed on from the inside of the cabinet. If your arrangement is wall-to-wall, you will not need them. You may need to create a threaded insert to cover the gap between the cabinet and the adjoining wall.

  • For a similar project, consider the "underside" trim panels, which will allow you to hide the visible underside of the wall boxes.
